Release held email from Personal Portal

Our company has defined certain security policies which may result in legitimate messages being held and not delivered to the mailbox. End-users may release their own held messages.


1) Visit the Mimecast Personal Portal https://login-uk.mimecast.com/m/portal/app and login using your email credentials.



2) Click on the three dots (...) and then navigate to the Personal On Hold



3) Select one or more messages. 

4) Click on the Release icon and select one of the following desired actions:
