Disable and re-enable Outlook cached mode

1. Click on the Start button and search for Control Panel

2. Search for mail and open Mail (Microsoft Outlook)

3. Click on Email Accounts…

4. Select your email account and click on the Change… button

 

 

 

5. Uncheck the Use Cached Exchange Mode but take note of the "Mail to keep offline" option because we will need it later on. Then finish the wizard using the Next button.

6. Open the classic Outlook and wait for 10-15 seconds. Then close Outlook


7. Repeat previous steps but this time you need to enable the checkbox and adjust the slider so that it has the value from the previous Step #5

8.Complete the wizard and open the classic Outlook again. Everything should be back to normal again.
