We currently use Exclaimer to display the signatures in Outlook while composing new messages. Sometimes, it may cause issues because of geolocation restrictions that are in place e.g. using it in countries that are sanctioned.
When the Exclaimer Add-In is causing issues in Outlook it may be necessary to disable it. To do so, please follow the steps below:
1) Open the link https://outlook.office.com/mail/inclientstore in your web browser.
2) The above link will open your webmail and it will present the Add-Ins for Outlook screen. Click on the Admin-managed screen as shown below.
3) Locate the Exclaimer Cloud for Outlook and remove it as shown below
4) Restart your Outlook. Please note that it may take a while for the Add-In to be removed entirely from Outlook.
