Zoho Desktop

Zoho offers a free desktop client that can be used to access your email account.

Download the Zoho Desktop Email client from https://www.zoho.com/mail/desktop/.
Install and open the application
Login using the provided credentials

3^rd Party Email Client Settings

You can use any 3^rd party email client such as Outlook, Thunderbird etc using the below settings.

Mobile Phones

Zoho has a mobile app for Android and iOS. It can be found in the relevant application stores (Play Store/App Store). Alternatively you can use any mobile email client using the 3^rd Party Email Client settings.
